We are excited to announce the latest update, version 3.2.11, designed to streamline operations and enhance user experience for managers and supervisors. This release focuses on improving the scheduler, expanding export functionalities, and offering greater customization for invoices. Here’s what’s new:

New Features

  • Enhanced Export Capabilities: Managers can now export Order Manager and Job Supervisors details in both the Wallet and Attendance exports.

  • Revamped Scheduler: The Scheduler has been upgraded with dual modes: Browse and Edit. Browse mode prevents accidental staff assignments while navigating, ensuring seamless overview of schedules. Edit mode works as the Scheduler previously did, allowing both navigation and staff assignment using drag and drop.

  • Staff Member Detail View: A new detail view for staff members in the Scheduler provides immediate access to essential information.

  • Grouped Positions Highlighting in Scheduler: Easily identify grouped positions within shifts with a new highlight feature.

  • Improved Saved Views in Scheduler: The usability of saved views has been enhanced. Now, if only one view is available, it won't be displayed, making management clearer and more straightforward.

  • Support for Spanish Addresses: The system now accommodates Spanish addresses with province support, facilitating accurate location data management.

  • Invoice Template Customization: Agencies can now create tailored invoice templates in settings. This feature allows customization of item groupings (by order, job, or shift) and titles using placeholders, offering flexibility in financial documentation.

Bugfixes

  • Improved Form Error Handling: Forms have been updated for better error handling, ensuring users are clearly informed of issues and how to resolve them.

  • Optimized Scheduler Loading: The amount of data loaded by the Scheduler has been reduced, resulting in faster performance and a smoother user experience.

  • Fixed Phone Number Issues in Scheduler: We have addressed and corrected problems related to phone number entries in the Scheduler, ensuring accurate and reliable contact information.

  • Improved Performance: We continue our work on the application stability and performance issues, making the application overall faster. Particularly issues in Shift closing have been addressed.
