What to Expect from Onboarding

Onboarding is a two-way process—we're here to guide you, but your involvement is key. Here’s what we ask from you to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

💡 Each onboarding session is a 1-hour Google Meet call with your coordinators, followed by dedicated time for practice and support.

Onboarding Roadmap

We keep the process simple and efficient. Here’s what to expect:

Intro session with key manager and support team

In this initial meeting, we’ll introduce the onboarding process and gather key insights to tailor the training to your needs.

First onboarding call

The first session focuses on setting priorities, followed by a detailed walkthrough of creating an order and allocating people to shifts.

Follow-up work between meetings

You'll explore OnSinch on your own, apply what you've learned, and prepare any questions for the next session.

Next scheduled sessions

In these sessions, we’ll go through your follow-up questions, deepen your understanding of sub-functions, and continuously refine your workflow to ensure you’re getting the most out of the system.

Assistance Between Scheduled Sessions

Beyond scheduled onboarding meetings, we’re available anytime via email or video calls for additional support and guidance.

Final session with key manager and support team

The goal of the onboarding process is to ensure that you use the system efficiently, independently and confidently. Once you have completed onboarding, you will understand the system, be able to work with sub-functions and, most importantly, make your life easier.
