Update 3.2.45: Enhanced Scheduler Panels & Order Management Streamlined

New Features

  • Efficient Avatar Loading
    User avatars are now fetched directly from file storage, reducing the performance load on our servers. This change results in faster load times and smoother navigation.

  • Helper Indications for Key Fields
    To improve usability, helper indications are now available for the Featured position and Client contact fields (previously known as Contact person or Client). These tips offer clear explanations, making it easier to understand their functions.

  • Enhanced Dual-Panel Navigation in Scheduler
    The Scheduler now supports a dynamic dual-panel layout:

    • Clicking on a Shift or Staff member detail opens a panel on the right.
    • Selecting another item opens a secondary panel to the left of the first.
    • Any further click points outside of the Scheduler to the full view.

This means it is possible to easily view one Staff member profile and access that person's shift list from inside the Scheduler, or open a Shift and then view individual profiles of the Staff signed within this shift.

  • Streamlined Navigation Links in Builder
    A new direct link to the Move jobs builder has been added, allowing for quicker transitions between tasks. Additionally, there’s now a direct link for copying an entire Order in the Order builder.

  • Order copy history
    When creating an order by copying it, the source order is now mentioned in the History audit.
  • Aged debtors
    Top debtors statistics now also divides the debt into different categories based on age of the invoice.

Bug Fixes

  • Internal notes for deleted users are now correctly shown.
  • Fixed an issue where staff could be added to a Price quote.
  • Improved the view of Client notes in builder for better readability.
  • Resolved filtering issues with the Opened orders widget.
  • Corrected the display size of invoice stamps.
  • Fixed export problems when Staff lists included members without specified gender.
  • Fixed validation errors shown right after opening the New job form.
