OnSinch 2025 Wrap-Up: 3.75M hours scheduled and 80K+ new users

The 2025 numbers are wrapped up, and we have to say a huge thank you to all our clients and community! 34 new clients chose OnSinch to power their workforce management worldwide, and staying close to our roots, we partnered with 19 new crewing, technical, and festival companies

Together, we scheduled 3,751,717 hours in OnSinch in 2025. That pushed our all-time total to 12+ million scheduled hours since we started. We’re now supporting teams in 17 countries, with 1,100+ administrators and over 150K+ staff members using our tool.

We love watching the numbers grow. But not because they look good in a recap post, but because of what’s behind them: amazing people, real teamwork, and the spectacular events that only happen because thousands of moving parts come together on time.

New Features and Improvements

2025 was a year of steady progress inside the platform to keep OnSinch faster, smoother, and more reliable for teams in the field. Our IT team closed 553 issues and shipped 48 releases, including new major updates like:

  • Ratelists & Wagelists — a completely new system we were happy to launch toward the end of the year, built to give administrators more flexibility in how they manage rates and wages. It’s already live with our first clients, with a phased rollout and transition period planned.

  • Performance Improvements — under the hood, we optimized key parts of the platform to reduce slowdowns and keep OnSinch running smoothly in high season.

  • Confirmation requests — introduced to help teams track when important messages are seen and acknowledged by staff.

  • Bulk contract assignments — built to allow administrators to send contracts to dozens (or even hundreds) of staff at once and request e-signing in bulk.

Alongside that, we kept the basics strong: compliance updates as legislation changes, stronger local support as we expand, and more public API endpoints to make integrations easier and more flexible.

Support and Training

Our support team closed 943 support tickets and ran 6 live support webinars based on the questions we hear most from coordinators.

We also started a new Hidden Gems email series — short, practical tips for features people often miss, but end up loving once they find them.

A big thank you to the whole OnSinch team for the relentless work that keeps everything running and improving. We're looking forward to seeing what 2026 brings!
