We are excited to announce the release of version 3.0.154, which includes several new features and bug fixes that are designed to enhance functionality and improve user experience. Please find the details of the update below:

New Features

  • Social Media Integration for Sign Up: Workers can now register and sign in using their Facebook or Google accounts. If you wish to utilize this feature, please contact our support team for assistance in setting it up.

3.0.154

  • Enhanced Worker List Filter: The worker list filter now supports filtering workers who attended a shift within a specific date range. This adds to the flexibility and precision of managing worker schedules.

  • Configurable Payout Attachment Types: The agency settings now allow customization of the types of accepted payout attachment files, providing more control over financial document management.

  • CSV Exports of Invoices: CSV exports of invoices now contain order number information, enabling better tracking and integration with accounting systems.

  • Improved Broadcast Service Connection: The connection to the broadcast service has been enhanced for more robust communication with your audience.

  • Collapsible Applicants Widget: In a job, the applicants widget is now collapsible and will not be displayed if there are no applicants and the applicant capacity is set to 0. This makes the interface cleaner and more intuitive.

Bug Fixes

  • Phone Number Formatting: Phone numbers are now consistently saved in an international format, eliminating issues with sending SMS messages to workers who entered their number in a local format.

  • Builder Stability: The builder crashing issue when editing multiple objects simultaneously has been fixed.

  • Extended Maximum Text Length for CMS Pages: The maximum text length on CMS pages has been increased, preventing crashes when an admin attempts to save overly long text.

  • Error Reporting for Incorrect Wage Lists: If wage lists are set incorrectly, the builder now reports the problem instead of crashing without an error message, aiding in prompt resolution.

  • Expiration Date Notifications: Notifications about approaching profile attributes expiration dates will no longer trigger for attributes with no date set, eliminating immediate and unnecessary alerts for such attributes.

  • Increased Group Limit within Shifts: The limit for the maximum amount of groups within a shift has been raised, and the group colors have been changed to cover more letters, allowing for greater organization and visualization.

  • Fixed Invalid Link in Worker Dashboard: The incorrect link to the shift from the "Overlapping attendances" widget in the worker dashboard has been fixed.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience with our software. If you have any questions or require assistance with the new features, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. Thank you for your continued support!
