OnSinch 2024: A Year in Review

Keep on Expanding

Thanks to our clients and community, 2024 was an incredible year. From entering new markets to launching innovative features, we've grown and evolved together. We expanded our footprint to Canada, France, Australia, and Denmark, bringing the total number of countries we operate in to 15. Together, we scheduled 2.79 million hours of work, surpassing 9 million total hours scheduled.

• 54,106 new users joined the OnSinch family.

• Staff filled 343,205 positions across 104,194 shifts—that’s 938 positions managed daily.

• 33 new clients chose OnSinch to power their workforce management.

• Staying true to our roots, we partnered with 14 new crewing clients worldwide.

This year again, we earned multiple “Best Of” badges from Capterra, Gartner, and Software Advice. These awards, based on real user reviews, validate our dedication to creating intuitive, powerful tools and keep us moving forward.

We were also honored as a finalist for Tech Innovation of the Year at the EN Supplier Awards 2024, recognizing our impact on event management innovation. Thank you to all driving progress in the events world!

Building Partnerships

We joined the Association of Independent Festivals (AIF), a pivotal organization representing over 200 independent festivals in the UK. Joining AIF allows us to contribute to the festival industry's growth and sustainability, and share industry know-how.

Closer to home, our partnership with Festas drives innovation and shapes the future of the Czech festival market. By collaborating with industry leaders and engaging with government entities, we’re developing strategies and solutions that benefit the entire Czech festival community.

Making a Difference Beyond Business

Our passion for impact goes beyond commercial ventures. In 2024 again, we proudly supported volunteer and non-profit organizations, streamlining coordination for charitable and awareness events.

A highlight was Míša Rýgrová’s presentation at the 27th IAVE World Volunteer Conference in Busan, Korea. Her talk showcased how OnSinch empowers nonprofits, aligning with the event’s theme: “People Power: Creating a Sustainable Future through Volunteering.”

Constant App Improvements

Our IT team delivered 53 new releases in 2024, ensuring you always have access to the latest tools and enhancements. Here are some key highlights:

• Calendar View Scheduler: Simplifying your planning with an intuitive visual overview of shifts and schedules.

• Enhanced Contracts Management: Streamlining workflows with PDF contract templates, bulk contract assignments, and easy e-signing.

• Geo-location Clock-in: Enabling precise location-based check-ins for accurate time tracking.

• Push Notifications: Staying informed with real-time updates and alerts.

These new major features are complemented by continuous improvements such as compliance updates to meet evolving legislation, expanded local support in newly launched regions, and additional public API endpoints to support more integrations and functionality.
