We are excited to bring to you our latest update, version 3.1.105, which introduces a series of enhancements and fixes aimed at streamlining operations and improving user experience. Here’s what’s new in this update:
New Features
- Dynamic Wage Adjustments: Enhancing flexibility, you can now set a percentage increase or decrease in wages within Tag settings. This update makes the process of setting prices and wages fully symmetrical and intuitive.
- Timesheet Rating Integration: In an effort to provide more comprehensive insights, we've added an option to include rating values in the Staff Leader Timesheet document. You can enable this feature in the Document settings page.
- Easy Access to Personal Data: Admins can now download user personal data directly from the staff member's profile. This feature ensures better data management and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Enhanced Shift Closing Form: The shift closing form has received visual updates for a more intuitive experience, including label improvements and optimized mobile view. Performance enhancements have also been made for smoother operation.
- New Job Form Performance: Experience faster and more efficient job form creation, thanks to performance improvements in this area.
Bug Fixes
- Payment Method Issue Resolved: Fixed a bug where staff members could join shifts without a payment method, even when payment method limits were set.
- Position Switcher Navigation Improved: Hidden positions are no longer listed in the position switcher navigation within the Shift detail page in the Staff member portal.
- Invoice Stamp in Agency Theme Settings: The missing invoice stamp setting in the Agency theme settings has been added back.
