New Features

Default Values for PDF Forms
You can now store default values in Billing, Price quote and Attendance overview PDF generation forms. This allows for faster, more consistent document creation. In the future, the plan is to extend this functinality throughout the app.

3.2.85a

New Public API Endpoint: GET ContractType
Our Public API just got more capable. A new GET ContractType endpoint has been added, allowing external systems to retrieve contract type data directly.

Staff Member ID in System Information
System logs now include the staff member’s ID, giving admins clearer traceability and faster resolution during audits or investigations.

Export Enhancements: Attendance Admin Notes Included
When exporting data from attendance or wallets, admin notes are now included in the output—ensuring no key context is left behind during reporting.

Client Shift Reminder Icon + Logs in Scheduler
We've added a visual indicator to the Scheduler showing when a client shift reminder has been sent. Clicking the icon reveals the full log, offering better visibility and control over outbound communication.

Timeline Audit for Client Shift Reminders
A new audit trail is now recorded in the timeline whenever a client shift reminder is sent, providing deeper transparency into messaging history.

Fixes

  • Scheduler Filter Fix: Preferred place names now persist correctly when filtering in the scheduler.

  • Email Copy Cleanup: A missing space in the “Closed shift: final billing” email has been corrected.

These updates aim to strengthen clarity, consistency, and control across your scheduling and reporting workflows. As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing how these changes support your day-to-day operations.
