New Features

  • Electronic Signatures for Contracts: We've taken a significant step forward by implementing electronic signatures for contracts. You can now set up a contract type template, insert a signature placeholder, and send it for e-signature with just a click. The recipient will receive an email containing a link to sign the contract electronically. This initial version lays the groundwork for future enhancements aimed at automating the entire process.

  • Bulk Profession Assignment/Removal: Enhancing the flexibility of managing staff roles, we've introduced the ability to assign or remove multiple professions from several staff members simultaneously. This feature simplifies the process of updating staff profiles and ensures that your team's capabilities are accurately reflected in real-time.

  • Shift Closing UI Enhancements: We've improved the shift closing user interface for better clarity and efficiency. Dates are now displayed in grey to distinguish them easily, company names are clickable for quick access, and we've reduced the latency in date/time inputs, making the process smoother and faster.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed the issue where the invoice email preview did not reflect the company's communication language.
  • Fixed a bug where the company edit form failed to display error messages.
  • Resolved a conflict in appointment attendance visibility for admins when manually assigning staff members to an appointment.
  • Corrected display issues with avatars in the Staff member profile under specific settings.
  • Fixed problems related to issuing pro forma invoices.
