New Features

US Federal Holidays in the Price & Wage Builder

The price & wage builder now offers a US federal holidays interval covering 11 holidays (5 fixed dates and 6 movable nth-weekday holidays). For fixed holidays that fall on a weekend, you can select observed variants that shift the holiday (Saturday to Friday, Sunday to Monday).

Spanish Public Holidays in the Price & Wage Builder

The price & wage builder now includes a Spanish (ES) public holidays interval, so Spanish agencies can apply holiday rates without configuring the dates by hand.

Agency-Wide API Key Management

Agency admins can now see every API key issued across the agency, complete with its owner and last-used date, and delete any of them. This puts full oversight of API access in one place.

Bug Fixes

  • Invoice download heading: The heading on the invoice download page shared with clients now shows the correct document type (invoice, pro forma invoice or credit note) instead of an unrelated payment method.
  • Signing off a shift: Signing a worker off a shift from the job page now keeps you on that shift instead of jumping back to the top of the page.
  • Attendance builder shift messages: Selecting several open shifts in the attendance builder no longer shows a message saying the shifts are closed; that message now appears only when a selected shift is actually closed or cancelled.
  • "My agenda" indicator: The "My agenda" indicator in the worker app no longer counts invitations that are no longer actionable (declined applications, or shifts that have already finished or been cancelled), so the number matches what workers actually need to act on.
  • Large image uploads: Uploading an image with very large pixel dimensions is now rejected with a clear message instead of being stored in a state that later fails to display.
