Update 3.1.39: Enhanced Worker Portal and Order Copying

We are excited to announce the new software release 3.1.39. This latest update brings new features and improvements that aim to enhance your user experience and workflow efficiency. We've also addressed some bug fixes to improve the overall performance. Here's a summary of what's new and updated:

New Features

  • Wallet Page Update in the Worker Portal: The wallet page now includes a new filter for contracts and additional buttons for contract filtering. We have also redesigned the buttons for payout requests for an improved user interface.

  • Improved Email Functionality for Newsletters: Concept emails (newsletters) now have a feature that allows you to assign recipients after drafting the email. By clicking the link "You can also choose the recipients by selecting “filter in staff," your email is automatically saved as a draft, and you are redirected to the staff list page. Once you've filtered and selected your staff members, the drafted email is reopened, with the selected staff members assigned as recipients.

  • Improved Order Copying: You can now choose to include timeline comments and attachments when copying an order. All comments are copied, including those for jobs and shifts.

  • User Interface Improvements: Save buttons are now duplicated in the header in the profile and company attributes pages. Similarly, the edit button on the wallet overview page is now available in the table header. These changes aim to speed up the editing process and make it more straightforward.

  • Address Search: The place adding form's address search function now allows searching using ZIP codes only.

  • Shift Details Visual Update: In the worker portal, we've visually improved the shift details that are opened from the calendar details.

3.1.39b

  • Live Attendance Recording Improvements: We've enhanced the live attendance recording feature in the worker portal. This update includes several visual changes, the availability of the search feature on the desktop version (which includes names and phone numbers), the immediate display of phone numbers on the main page, the addition of shift size information to the shift detail, and setting the default departure time to the current time when swiping.

Bug Fixes

  • VAT Summary: Items with 0% VAT are now listed in the VAT summary on invoices.

  • Calendar Date Error Fix: We've resolved an issue with clicking on a calendar date on a mobile phone in the worker portal.
