Release date: July 14, 2022
We are excited to announce the release of software update 3.1.36, featuring a range of new features aimed at improving usability and streamlining processes, as well as important bug fixes. Here are the updates:
New Features
-
Minimal Age for Sign-Up: We have introduced a new setting, "Minimal age to sign-up," designed to prohibit users under a specified age from signing up. This feature aims to prevent the collection of unnecessary user data and save you the time of manually rejecting young users. A new snippet will appear for users who try to sign up and do not meet the age limit. By default, the field is empty, meaning anyone can sign up, as has always been the case.
-
Direct Link to Reply to Feedback: To facilitate swift responses, emails sent to admins about new feedback now contain a direct link to reply to the feedback author.
-
Option to Deactivate a Location: For improved location management, you can now deactivate a location that is no longer in use. Go to the Location management section, select a location, and uncheck the newly added "Active" box. This location will remain in the system but will not appear in the location search, aiding in efficient job creation.
-
Attendance Overlap Feature: Attendance overlapping now also indicates overlaps with appointments, providing a more comprehensive view of potential scheduling conflicts.
-
Improved Client Invoice Download Page: We've made enhancements to the client invoice download page for increased consistency and convenience. The page now employs terminology that aligns with the rest of the application, and download buttons for invoices (and other possible attachments) are prominently displayed at the top of the page for easier access.
Bug Fixes
-
Feedback Addition for Admins: The admin dialog for adding new feedback now includes the shift list of the selected user, rather than all shifts. This streamlines the feedback process by focusing on relevant information.
-
Shift Group Display Issue: We've resolved an issue that affected the display of shift groups in dropdown menus in the job forms when the form had been submitted with an error.
-
Pending Total in Worker Portal: In the worker portal, the pending total is now calculated from the overall total, not just the current month. This rectifies problems related to a pending payout request in a different month.
-
Applicant Profiles Visibility: We've addressed an issue where applicant profiles were not displayed in the attendance builder.
-
Optimized Worker Portal Files: The size of the files needed to run the application in the worker portal has been optimized for a faster and smoother user experience.
We are committed to continuously improving your experience and welcome your feedback on this new update. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team if you require any assistance.
