We are excited to announce the roll-out of software update 3.1.31. This new version brings with it a suite of enhancements and bug fixes aimed at improving the overall user experience. Here's a detailed rundown of what's new and improved:

New Features

  • Emergency Email Update: The "Emergency" email has been modified for better clarity. The number of missing worker staff now distinguishes between backup and regular workers, making it easier to understand your staffing situation.

3.1.31b

  • Shift Re-Opening Update: When a shift has been reopened, users can now access a detailed list of wage history in the new worker portal under the shift details.

3.1.31a

  • Improved Shift History Page: The shift history page in the worker portal has been enhanced with the addition of informative icons to indicate shift state, color codes for easy differentiation, and clearer time representation.

Bug Fixes

  • Attendance List Download Update: The action to download the attendance list is now performed directly from the worker portal. This update removes the previous oddity of displaying an alternative text link for downloads.

  • Incorrect Portal Link Fix: We have rectified the issue of incorrect links to the new worker portal that were sent out in emails urging crew chiefs to close a shift.

  • Admin Tags Issue Resolved: The bug causing admin tags to appear at times in emails informing workers about certain shift changes has been fixed.

  • Shift Cancellation Emails: The issue preventing the dispatch of emails about shift cancellations, specifically when a client requests a cancellation approved by an admin, has been resolved.

  • Calendar Shift Event: The bug causing the absence of place names in the calendar shift event for certain locations has been fixed.

  • Missing Text in Messages: We've corrected the issue causing missing text in messages when cancelling/restoring a shift.

  • Multiple Options-Type Attributes: The problems that occurred when editing multiple options-type attributes, especially when the form returned with a validation error, have been resolved.

  • File Upload in Admin Portal: The issue preventing successful file upload in the admin portal when editing an attribute of type file or gallery (particularly when the admin uploaded a file, removed it, and then uploaded another file) has been fixed.

  • Crew Chief Closure Dialog: We've resolved the bug that sometimes caused dropdowns indicating 'Present/Late' in the crew chief closure dialog to have the incorrect color (orange vs green).

We trust that these updates will significantly enhance your interaction with our software. Please feel free to contact our support team if you need any assistance with these changes.
