Update 3.1.3: Revamped Company Details and Attendance Timesheet

We are excited to announce the latest update to our software, Version 3.1.3. This update includes some new features aimed at enhancing the overall user experience and several bug fixes to make the system more efficient and reliable. Here are the key changes in the new update:

New Features

  • Extended Order Details: Orders in the company details section have been expanded to include additional tables containing the company's price quotes and order history. This should provide a comprehensive view of your company's past and present dealings.

  • Improved Financial Statistics: The financial statistics in the company details have been enhanced for clarity. The primary focus was on utilizing the proper wording to ensure that the displayed figures are as straightforward as possible.

  • Transport Information on Attendance Timesheet: The attendance timesheet now includes transport details, such as the departure time and round-trip details. This additional information should help ensure more accurate record-keeping and scheduling.

  • Detailed Invoice Item Export: We have added a cost field to the detailed invoice item export to provide a more in-depth look at your expenses.

  • Automatic Assignment for New Contracts: It is now possible to automatically assign all wallet records and attendance lacking a payment method when adding a new contract for a worker. This new feature should streamline the contract creation process.

Bug Fixes

  • Price List Un-assignment Fix: The issue that prevented un-assigning the last company from the price list has been fixed.

  • Complete Worker CSV Export: The worker CSV export functionality now exports all results, not just the first page, thereby ensuring you have all necessary data at your disposal.

  • Cancelled Shifts Display: The new worker frontend now correctly displays cancelled shifts as "cancelled". This should help avoid any confusion regarding shift statuses.

  • Correct Display of Payout Requests: Payout requests from the new worker frontend will no longer always be displayed as "In cash". This fix provides a more accurate representation of the payment method used.
