Update 3.1.23: Travel Charging By Distance & Simplified Invoice Management

We're thrilled to introduce the new software update 3.1.23. This update comes with some new features and performance improvements, providing an even smoother and more streamlined user experience. Here's a detailed look at what's new:

New Features

  • Transport Charging System Update: We have implemented a new pricing and wage system for transport based on distance traveled. This allows charges to be made not only by hours spent but also by the distance each worker has traveled. Set up the pricelist and wagelist, which accommodate different price ranges, in the Settings. When scheduling a shift that involves transport, specify an estimate of the mileage. After the shift, you or your crew chief can specify the actual distance traveled, and the price and wage will be automatically calculated. Note that these values can be manually adjusted if needed.

  • Customizable CSV Exports of Invoice Payments: You can now customize the CSV exports of your invoice payments, offering more flexibility and ease in the management of your invoices.

  • Improved Invoice Pages: We've simplified the invoice pages into one page, containing all invoices and links. This main page includes "Pro forma invoices" and "Credit notes" with an adjusted filter. This allows you to filter invoices of different types on the same page and export the filtered list as a CSV file. Moreover, you can now send an invoice directly from this main page using the new button in the "Sent count" column, offering a quick and easy way to send multiple invoices to a client.

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

  • Performance Optimization: We are carrying out application maintenance mainly focused on performance optimization to ensure a smooth and fast user experience. This update enhances the performance of the dashboard, order lists, and order detail pages. Future updates will introduce more optimizations for the job detail page and the builder, among others.

  • Configuration of Client Emails: We have addressed issues with the configuration of client emails that notify them about order changes. This fix ensures accurate and timely communication about order alterations.
