New Features

General Terms and Conditions for Client Orders

  • Set Up General Terms and Conditions: This release introduces the ability to set up general terms and conditions that a client must confirm when placing a new order. This addition helps ensure that all parties are in agreement with the stipulated terms before an order is processed.

  • Invoice Number Patterns Enhancement: You can now include dates with months and days in the invoice number patterns. This enhancement adds flexibility to your invoice numbering, allowing for more descriptive and organized invoice tracking.

Minor Fixes

  • Cancelled Positions Invoice Issue: It is now possible to issue an invoice for an order that contains only cancelled positions. This adjustment ensures that even if a situation changes, proper invoicing can still be maintained.

  • Restriction on Adding Opened Slot to Closed Shift: With this update, we have put a complete stop to adding an opened slot into a closed shift. This change enforces proper shift management, enhancing the overall scheduling process.

  • Automatic Rounding for Credit Notes Fixed: A bug causing issues with the automatic rounding for credit notes has been fixed. This ensures that all credit notes are now accurately calculated, maintaining the integrity of your financial records.
