We are excited to announce the release of Version 3.0.160. Our latest update comes packed with new features and crucial bug fixes designed to enhance user experience and ensure smooth operations. Here’s a breakdown of what's new:

New Features

  • Order Detail Page Update: For long order specifications that exceed 280 characters, the information will no longer be displayed directly on the order detail page. Instead, a "Show specification" link will be provided. Additionally, the "Price quote" option for printing the specification as a PDF now supports HTML for proper formatting.

3.0.160

  • Professions in Multiple Lists: Professions are now incorporated into multiple job lists, including upcoming shifts, empty slots, attendance lists in worker profiles, and more. This addition aims to give administrators a quicker and clearer view of their shifts.

3.0.160.1

  • Price Quote Flexibility: The software will always allow the un-quoting of price quotes, unlike running orders which couldn’t previously be turned into a price quote.

  • Enhanced Error Reporting: Automatic error reporting capabilities have been improved, allowing for more efficient error handling and resolution.

  • Clarity on Pricing in Positions: When a position showcases multiple pricing types, such as a flat rate and an hourly rate, the line displaying the hourly rate will be prefixed with a "+" sign. This ensures it’s clear that both records are interrelated.

Bug Fixes

  • Position Date Adjustment: When adding a new job or editing an existing position, the "End date" field will now auto-adjust if the starting date is set to be later than the end date.

  • Invoicing List Update: Price quotes that don’t contain any jobs (though they might contain manually added invoice items) will no longer appear in the "Ready to be invoiced" list.

  • Email/SMS Recipient Issue: The issue where removing one recipient caused all recipients to be removed from an email or SMS has been fixed.

  • Conditional Fines: An occasional bug that delayed the assignment of fines has been resolved.

  • Order Number Duplication: The system will now prevent the addition of multiple orders with identical order numbers.

  • Company Attributes Validation: Saving company attributes without the "order" field completed will now trigger a validation error, rather than causing the application to crash.

  • Place Validation Error: Issues related to saving new places due to invalid country validation have been addressed.

  • Worker Profile Fields: Fields labeled "Permanent residency duration", which occasionally went missing in the profiles of foreign workers, have been fixed.

  • Language-Specific Corrections: The absence of Personal information/Personal attribute export categories in Polish has been addressed.
