Update 3.0.145: Appointment Visibility Options and New Order Document

We are excited to unveil the latest version of our software, 3.0.145. This update brings forth new functionalities and resolves several bugs, ensuring an enhanced and bug-free experience for our users. Here's a detailed rundown of the updates:

New Features

• Enhanced Visibility Options for Appointments: In addition to the existing "Visible" and "Hidden" options for appointments, we've introduced two new visibility options:

  • Visible only to workers with approved profile
  • Visible only to workers without approved profile These new features are designed to refine recruitment processes and improve worker management and organization.

• New Order Document - Timesheet: An addition to our range of order documents is the Timesheet. It efficiently lists every worker associated with an order along with their respective work times.

• Language and Currency Update: We've expanded our language and currency support by adding Arabic and the QAR currency.

• Flexibility in Address Fields: The post code (ZIP) field is no longer mandatory when entering addresses for companies and agencies.

Bug Fixes

• To-Dos Calculation Update: Resolved To-Dos will no longer be included in the total number under "Task to resolve" in both job detail and shift detail. Now, only To-Dos requiring attention are tallied, ensuring clarity in task management.

• Price Display for Orders with Reverse Charges: In the admin dashboard, orders with reverse charges under "Troubled jobs" will now display the price (excluding tax). This is to ensure that a price is consistently shown in the dashboard, even for reverse charge orders.

• UI Fixes:

  • The fullscreen version of the "Communication" tab in a worker's profile now renders without obstructing the menu and other application elements.
  • In the worker's profile detail within the attendance builder, the list of a worker's professions is now displayed without overlapping content, ensuring that all information is clear and readable.
  • Admins will now be able to see hidden badges and hidden profile attribute details, ensuring they have a comprehensive view.

• Export Functionality Bugfix: When exporting workers with their active contracts, there was a bug which resulted in contracts not being displayed unless they were saved without an end date. This issue has now been addressed.
