We are excited to announce the release of version 3.0.136, featuring a multitude of enhancements, new features, and bug fixes. These improvements are aimed at providing greater convenience, usability, and clarity in your daily operations.

New Features

Contact Person Enhancement:

  • Agency Admin as Contact: You can now designate an agency admin as the contact person in the contact list. This change facilitates appointment scheduling and allows workers to view the admin's avatar and filter appointments by contacts.

Attribute Management:

  • Attribute Copying: It's now possible to duplicate personal and profile attributes, a feature often used in language settings, where you can maintain predefined values (e.g., A1, B2, C3) and simply change the attribute name.

Worker Dashboard Updates:

  • Shift Display: Past shifts will no longer be displayed in the worker dashboard when grouped with upcoming shifts. This change streamlines the dashboard, making it more intuitive for workers.
  • Timeline View Customization: The timeline view in the worker list now offers selectable time units, ranging from a full day down to 1 hour. This gives you the flexibility to view larger orders by days or one or two-day jobs by the hour.

Billing Clarification:

  • Final Billing Identification: Jobs with all shifts completed now have the title "Final billing", regardless of other ongoing jobs in the order. This clearly indicates whether a specific job's billing is preliminary or final, based on the state of the shifts within that job.

Bug Fixes

  • Order Item Dialog Display: The dialog for adding order items now renders better on smaller screens, enhancing the user interface.
  • Gallery Profile Layout: Images in the gallery profile attribute on smaller screens are now displayed in rows of two or three instead of just one, improving readability.
  • Country List Sorting: Country lists are now properly sorted by the country name rather than its ISO abbreviation, providing a more intuitive selection.
  • Shift Saving Validation: Fixed a validation error during shift saving that caused a field for a planned break to appear erroneously.
  • Conflict Rendering in Text Editors: Text editors in the builder's shift detail are now shown in grey when there is a conflict, rather than white. This prevents the misleading appearance that the editors are empty and editable during a conflict.

We hope that these updates will significantly enhance your experience with our software. Should you have any questions or require assistance with this release, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. Thank you for your continued partnership!
