Bulk contract assignment is simple and intuitive. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Filter and Select Staff: Go to Staff → Staff List and use filters to choose your recipients.

2. Use Bulk Edit: Select “Multiple Edit” at the bottom and choose “Add Contract.”

3. Preview and Send: Confirm placeholder details, preview the data, and hit send. Each staff member will receive an email invitation to sign their contract directly in the OnSinch app.

Yes, each contract is customized for individual staff members using placeholders. Before sending, you can review all placeholder data to confirm its accuracy. However, bulk mode does not allow for editing specific data for individual recipients. If you need to make adjustments, you can manually edit contracts within each staff member's profile.

Is there a limit to the number of contracts I can send at once?

The staff list displays up to 200 people per page, which serves as the default limit for all bulk actions. To ensure smooth processing and reliable email delivery, we recommend batching larger groups.

Can I use this feature for different contract types simultaneously?

No, Bulk Assignments support assigning one contract type per batch. If you need to send different contract types, create separate bulk actions for each type.

How do I know the status of the sent contracts?

You can set up email notifications in your notification settings to alert you when a contract is signed. Signed contracts are accessible to both admins and workers in their profiles. Additionally, OnSinch provides a comprehensive overview of all contracts and their statuses in the Staff > Contracts section. Here, you can easily track which contracts have been signed, are pending, or have been rejected.
