New Features

Change a shift's pricelist and wagelist in one move

The pricelist and wagelist of a shift can now be changed directly at the shift level in the job and order builder. Every position on that shift updates at once, exactly as it already works at the job and position levels.

Insert images by URL

The text editor now accepts an image from a URL, alongside the existing file upload.

Public API

Workers list rewritten on the CakePHP 5 ORM

The workers list endpoint (GET /api/v1/workers) has been rewritten to the CakePHP 5 ORM. Responses are unchanged, with three exceptions: unsorted results now come back consistently ordered by id, an invalid filter value returns a clear 400 rather than an empty list, and an unknown filter operator returns 400 instead of a server error.

Wallets documentation, fully spelled out

The documentation of the wallets endpoints now lists every possible value of the wallet type and model fields. It also explains the division of labour between the two detail endpoints: /wallets/detail carries the per-component breakdown of new ratelists, while /wallets/extended carries the rate composition of legacy ratelists.

Improvements

The full wage, and where it comes from

The worker wage in the Scheduler shift detail now shows the complete figure, tags and transport included. A tooltip breaks it down into attendance, tags and transport, and a "~" prefix marks the wage of a position that is not yet completed.

Default ratelists, clearly labelled

Job ratelists in the builder and on the job detail are now labelled "Default pricelist" and "Default wagelist", carrying a warning icon whenever positions override them. Recalculation is no longer implicit: positions are only recalculated when the new "Recalculate prices" and "Recalculate wages" checkboxes are ticked.

Bug Fixes

  • Staff CSV export with attachments: the export no longer fails without feedback when photo or document columns are selected for a large staff list. Attached files of any size and count can now be exported.
  • Shift Size effects: bonuses and surcharges based on the number of people on a shift no longer count cancelled or concept positions, so a shift whose positions were cancelled is treated the same as one where they were deleted, and the bonus applies only when enough active positions remain.
  • Reimbursement attachments: attachments of a reimbursement that is not tied to a shift team can be downloaded again. The file name simply omits the team number in that case.
  • Breaks that end before they start: wage and price calculation no longer fails on an attendance whose recorded break ends before it starts, for example when onsite presence stored the scheduled shift end as a placeholder. The invalid break is skipped instead of stopping the whole calculation.
  • Custom timesheet templates: the attendance arrival and departure placeholders are now filled in, where previously they always rendered empty. Times are shown in the agency timezone.
  • Admin CMS pages: every link to a CMS page in the administration answered "not found" since 3.2.129, because a rule meant to block scanner traffic also matched the real address. Those pages are reachable again.
  • Job form breaks: breaks are no longer switched on by default for shifts that have no break times set.

As always, we welcome your feedback on this release. Should you have any questions or need a hand with anything above, our support team is ready to help.
