Manual Client Reminders with Full Visibility
You can now send client reminders manually—ideal for those times when automation doesn’t cut it. New button appeared in the Job detail and in the Scheduler.

Each reminder is recorded in the Order communication log, ensuring full traceability. A new visual indicator shows whether a reminder has been sent, now visible across Shift lists (Upcoming, Running) and Dashboard widgets. You can also filter by this field to stay on top of what needs attention.

Coming soon: this indicator will also appear in the Scheduler and will be logged in the History timeline for even deeper visibility.

Save as Template Button in Communication Dialog
No more switching screens to save a message template. A new "Save as template" button has been added directly to the send message dialog—making it faster to capture your commonly used texts.



Fixed

  • Feedback entries in the closing form are now saved immediately, without waiting for the full form submission.

  • The “Add staff” button in Job detail is now available even when a shift has been closed by a crewboss.

  • Removed current shift from “Shifts to be closed before” warning.

  • Push notification channel no longer appears when the feature is disabled.

  • Fixed mismatched Order communications caused by incorrect company email linking to the wrong invoice.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented deletion of admins who had created CMS pages.
