Applicant Visibility Control
A new button allows administrators to turn off applicant visibility when a position has been filled. The new button approves chosen applicant, declines all otherremaining pending applicants & sets applicant size to 0 (to prevent more staff members to apply) in one action. This button appears when approving an applicant that fills up a last free spot in the position within the Job detail.
Multiple Payout Method Selection
To streamline financial processes, the payout index now supports multiple payment method selections. This gives administrators greater flexibility when managing worker payments.
Bug Fixes

Files linked to attributes will no longer be deleted immediately when changing the files but rather be stored for a while to prevent accidental data loss happening during crash while uploading the new file.

Fixed a builder tree behavior where a mix of previously opened nodes and new nodes from links (such as from the scheduler or job detail) would incorrectly re-open.

Addressed issues with custom language plural forms in the volunteering versions, ensuring correct localization behavior across different languages.
