Badge Data Now Available in Public API
A new addition to the Public API now allows access to Badge information for Staff. This enhancement supports greater flexibility in integrating and displaying credential or recognition data in external tools or reports.

Multiple Feedback Submissions from Job Detail
Users can now submit multiple pieces of feedback directly from the Job detail view. This facilitates more dynamic and continuous input, making it easier to capture actionable insights.

Test Push Notifications in Staff Portal
A new test button allows staff to send test push notifications to themselves directly from the portal. This helps verify that notifications are correctly enabled and reaching the device.

Clearer Error Messages for Clock-In Failures
We’ve improved the wording used when a staff clock-in attempt fails. This small but important change helps admins better understand what went wrong and how to resolve the issue.

Automatic Removal of Extra Invited Applicants
When a position reaches its capacity, any invited applicants that did not respond are now immediately removed.

Better Push Subscription Guidance for iPhones
We’ve enhanced the instructional text displayed when enabling push notifications—especially for iPhone users. These improvements offer clearer troubleshooting and onboarding support during setup.


Bugfixes & Optimizations

  • Notification Settings Access for Admins
    Fixed an issue that prevented logged-in admins from accessing notification settings when navigating from email links.

  • Zip Code Included in Documents
    Zip code data is now correctly added to generated documents where applicable.

  • Faster Displaying of Available Positions & Staff portal
    Various backend improvements have been implemented to make the platform faster and more efficient, particularly during staff scheduling and attendance operations.

  • Improved Logic When Moving Workers to Shifts from Applicants
    Fixed issues with signing staff members off from applicant positions when confirming them to shifts on the exact point in time when the two shifts start and end at the same time.
