Confirmation Requests for Critical Messages

A new confirmation request feature allows admins to send messages that require explicit acknowledgment from recipients. Instead of being redirected to a separate page, admins can now compose and send messages directly from a new modal window, selecting their preferred channel.

When a confirmation request is sent:

  • A pending status (orange envelope icon) appears until the recipient confirms the message.
  • Once confirmed, the envelope turns green, providing clear visibility of message acknowledgment.

This ensures important communications are received while allowing admins to manually follow up with staff who haven’t confirmed.

Indications for both confirmation messages and attendance invitations were improved across the application from dashboard to builder.

More details on this feature are available in our knowledge base article.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Bulk Feedback Submission – Admins can now add one feedback entry to multiple staff members simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful for shifts, as feedback can be filtered by attendance.
  • API Full-Text Filtering – The Public API now supports the "LIKE" operator, allowing for more flexible full-text searches.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Transport wages in "Complete closure of a shift" emails are now correctly categorized into Time on the trip and Mileage.
  • End dates for orders now properly account for cancelled positions in calculations.
  • Fixed translations for "Available/Unavailable" in the Staff Portal calendar.
  • Resolved transport information inconsistencies for staff with "Without transport" set.
  • The rating requirement field in the New Job form now properly restricts invalid inputs.
  • Improved error messages in the Public API Jobs endpoint when attempting to add jobs to a completed order.

This update strengthens communication, feedback processes, and API capabilities, ensuring a smoother workflow for admins and staff alike. As always, if you have any questions, our support team is here to help.
