  • Centralized Company Phone Field
    A new Phone number field has been added to Company profile, available in the Company detail view and on hovercards. This serves as a central, accessible point for a primary contact number, such as a landline, for each Company.

    Quickly access key Company information right from the Shift detail within the Scheduler.

  • New Placeholders in Invoice Reminder Emails
    The weekly email reminder for unpaid invoices now supports new placeholder system.

    To prevent multiple submissions, multi-action modals in Staff member list now display loading indicators.

  • Enhanced Clock-In Data for Staff Exports
    Clock-in information has been upgraded from a simple Yes/No format to a more descriptive output, providing richer, contextually relevant data in staff exports.

  • Automatic Currency and Exchange Rate Pre-Fill in Invoice Payment Dialogs
    When paying an invoice issued in foreign currency, the dialog now pre-fills with the correct currency and applicable exchange rates, saving time and reducing errors in financial workflows.

  • Position Role Shortcuts in Job Form
    Position role shortcuts now align with agency settings as expected in new job forms.

  • Scheduler View and Filter Enhancements
    View management in the Scheduler is now clearer and more intuitive, with corrections to filter entity counts.

  • Copying orders of deactivated companies fixed

  • Special Characters in Document Names
    Issues with incorrect characters in document names have been resolved for improved document handling.

  • History Timeline for Automatic Shift Sign-Offs
    When invited staff members are automatically signed off at shift start, this action now logs correctly in the History timeline.

  • Clearer Scheduler Error Messages
    Scheduler errors in case of server communication issues are now displayed in a human-readable format.

  • Download File Extension Fixes
    Missing dots before file extensions in downloaded files have been corrected.

  • Payment Method Offer Corrections for Staff Contracts
    Errors related to payment method options for Staff members with overlapping validities have been resolved.
