New Features

Staff clock-in per shift

Staff clock-in can now be switched on or off for an individual shift, in the builder and in the new job form. The default keeps following the agency setting, while On and Off apply to that shift only. This holds even when the agency does not use clock-in otherwise, or when the shift has a lead staff member. Copies and repeats keep the setting.

Public API

Calendar events filtering

An invalid filter value on the calendar events endpoint now returns a clear error message instead of an empty list or a server error. Filtering by badges works, and the staff member details match those of the workers endpoint. Filtering by a staff member's profession now also works for reimbursements and detailed wallets.

Faster wallets

The wallets endpoint and the admin wallet CSV export answer much faster on large pages. For agencies with Transport switched on, pages that used to take 10 to 70 seconds, and often timed out, now load in about a second. Responses are unchanged.

Improvements

Overlapping attendance loads much faster

The "Overlapping attendance" dashboard widget and page load much faster for agencies with many upcoming shifts, because only the conflicting attendances are loaded. The page lists the first 500 conflicts and shows the total. Conflicts with appointments are no longer missed for a staff member's first upcoming shift, and a shift overlapping several appointments now lists each of them.

Reimbursements grouped by shift

Reimbursements in the order detail are now grouped by shift within each category, with a subtotal per shift.

Approval required no longer resets existing values

Turning on "Approval required" for a custom attribute no longer marks values that staff members have already filled in as unapproved. Only later changes need approval.

Bug Fixes

SEPA payments to the cent

SEPA XML payment exports now pay every amount to the cent. Some wages, such as 19.99, 4.35 or 8.20, were exported one cent short, and the batch total was short by the same cents.

Payout dates in exports

The payout and wallet CSV exports now show "Payout to day" and "Paid out" as a plain date, without an added time such as 02:00. Agencies in time zones west of UTC also no longer see the previous day there.

Gallery change review

Reviewing a staff member's pending gallery change no longer fails with "An error occurred" when you add or remove images before approving it.
