New Features

Payout Methods and Limits in the Staff Wallet

The staff app wallet now shows every active payout method, including those with a zero balance. Each method also displays its payout and hours limits alongside how much has already been used, so staff members can check their contract limits in the same place they review their finances.

Redesigned Push Notification Form

The form for sending push notifications has been redesigned, giving you a cleaner, more straightforward way to reach staff through the app.

Direct Company Links from Feedback

The feedback detail now links straight to the related company. The feedback list also gains a new "View" action that opens the detail in a popup, so you can inspect an item without leaving the list.

Public API

Edit Reimbursements via PATCH

You can now edit pending reimbursements over the Public API with PATCH /api/v1/reimbursements, sending a batch to update one or more at once. Mirroring the admin interface, the endpoint changes only the amount, description, associated shift and category, notifies the staff member, and records the change in the timeline audit.

Improvements

Faster Bulk Staff Assignment

Adding many staff members to positions at once is now noticeably faster. This performance update keeps the system responsive when assigning large batches, so the process no longer slows down.

Staff Timeline Removed

The deprecated staff timeline (the Workers "calendar" view) has been removed. It was no longer maintained, and the staff list with its filters covers the same needs.

Bug Fixes

  • Scheduler badges: Badges with a maximum limit are no longer shown incorrectly on staff member profiles in the Scheduler; other badges were unaffected.
  • Suitable staff count: The count now includes the shift's common requirements and evaluates requirement validity against the shift date.
  • Attendance overview PDF: Staff members within a position are now listed alphabetically by surname, matching the Timesheet and Accreditation PDFs, instead of in sign-up order.
  • Duplicate staff entries: The "Add staff to position" dialog no longer submits more than once when the Add button is clicked repeatedly while the request is still processing.
  • Hidden attribute reminders: Staff members are no longer shown an expiry reminder for a profile attribute that is hidden from them; such attributes stay visible and actionable for administrators.
  • Wallet CSV export memory: The wallet CSV export now uses far less memory and streams the file as it is built, so exports covering large numbers of wallets no longer run out of memory and fail.
  • Login history display: A staff member's login history now shows each login's date and time in the standard readable format and records the visitor's real IP address instead of an internal proxy address.
  • Default ratelist in new jobs: The new job form now sets the default ratelist when the company has none but a global default ratelist exists.
  • Price & wage builder: Zero-value tag overrides stay visible so they can be reverted, ratelists valid from a future date are flagged as "upcoming", and setting a default ratelist now shows a success message.
