New Features

Customizable Timesheet Templates

Client and staff timesheet PDFs can now be authored as fully customizable document templates. Rather than being limited to a fixed layout, administrators can shape the document to match their own branding and reporting needs — adjusting structure, copy, fields, and styling — with rendering handled by a dedicated PDF engine on the server.

This feature is currently entering an early-adopter testing phase and is being released only to a selected group of customers. If you would like to take part and start using customizable timesheets ahead of general availability, please reach out to our support team and we will enable it for your account.

Example of a new Timesheet design

In the future, we plan to extend the same templating system beyond timesheets to other documents across the platform, so that any generated PDF can eventually follow your own template.

Reimbursement Submission Deadline

A new agency setting, "Reimbursement request deadline (days after shift)", lets you cap how long after a shift ends staff can still submit a reimbursement. Once the limit passes, the action is hidden in the Staff portal, while admin-side reimbursement creation remains unaffected.

Badge Data in Attendance CSV Export

The Attendance overview CSV export now offers a dedicated "User badges" section, including each badge along with its rank and points where applicable, on every attendance row.

Improvements

Finished-Order Disclaimer

When administrators add cost items or reimbursements to an order that has already been invoiced or finished, a disclaimer now makes the order's status explicit. The wallet's "Associated job" dropdown likewise flags shifts whose order is closed.

Faster Job Detail Loading

Performance has been improved on the admin and client Job detail pages, with noticeable speed-ups around tag breakdowns, transport figures, and per-team wallet aggregation.

Bug Fixes

  • New Ratelists Wallets CSV export: corrected breaks and column inconsistencies in the export.
  • "Needs attention" widget: only confirmed attendances now count against position size, so positions are no longer flagged as overpopulated when the excess is only invited workers, and the "not enough staff" emergency check no longer counts pending invitations as filled.
  • To-Do creator preserved on edit: editing a To-Do keeps the original author, while a new modifier field captures who made the latest change. The To-Do list, dashboard widget, and per-record cells now show both creator and modifier.
  • Effect description length: the admin Edit effect form now returns a friendly validation error when the description exceeds its column limit, instead of crashing.
  • Staff member name overflow: staff member names no longer overflow their container in the closing form.

We hope these updates make day-to-day operations smoother. As always, we welcome your feedback — please reach out to our support team with any questions or assistance you need.
