New Features

Overlapping Attendance Dashboard Widget

A new admin dashboard widget surfaces upcoming conflicting attendances at a glance. It honours the per-user "Include time reserve conflicts" toggle shared with the standalone Overlapping attendance page, so the experience stays consistent wherever you check.

Company To-Do Tab

Admins can now attach reminders directly to a company profile. The new "To-Do" tab mirrors the existing staff-profile ToDo system, bringing the same lightweight reminder workflow to company records.

Paid Amount on the Invoices List

A new sortable "Paid amount" column appears on the admin Invoices list. Both "Paid amount" and "Remaining to pay" are now selectable fields in the Invoices CSV export, giving finance teams sharper insight into outstanding balances.

Public API

  • Create Company Endpoint: The Public API now exposes an endpoint to create a company, extending external integrations into company management.

  • PATCH Wallets: A new PATCH endpoint for Wallets allows partial updates to wallet records through the Public API.

New ratelists

  • Custom Unit Support in Tag Ratelists: Tag ratelists now support custom units, broadening the options available for rate configuration.

  • Custom and Fixed Unit Support in Transport Ratelists: Transport ratelists now support both custom and fixed units.

  • Belgian Bank Holidays Interval: The price and wage builder now offers a Belgian (BE) bank holidays interval, making it simpler to model rates correctly for operations across Belgium.

Bug Fixes

  • Push Notification Test Send: Test sends now drop stale browser registrations, surface the specific FCM error to the worker, and log the response reason on 410 and 404 deactivation events — making misconfigurations far easier to diagnose.

  • MyAgenda Menu Bubble: The worker app "MyAgenda" menu bubble no longer counts orphaned applicant confirmations whose linked applicant has been removed. Approving applicants and removing applicants in a time range now clear the paired confirmations, and existing orphan rows are cleaned up by migration.

  • Top Clients Total Invoice Value: Statistics → Finance → Top clients now correctly sums invoices across every member of an umbrella company when "Umbrella companies grouped" is enabled, instead of returning only one arbitrary member's invoices.

  • Default Shift Beginning Validation: The "Default shift beginning (h)" agency setting is now validated as a time of day (HH:MM) and rendered with the timepicker. Previously, free-text values such as "7" could be saved and would crash the Job add page.

  • Negative wage display corrected: In case one part of wage is negative (e.g. hour negative with positive fix) the value is now shown correctly in the Staff portal.
