Update 3.2.110: Company Feedback, Sign-Offs & Wallet Exports
Release 3.2.110 introduces company feedback tracking, configurable sign-off types for work cancellations, and new ratelist customizable wallet CSV exports.
Release date: April 1, 2026
New Features
Company Feedback Tab
The Company detail page now includes a dedicated Feedback tab, giving administrators immediate visibility into shift-level feedback associated with that company. The tab presents a table of the most recent reports that concern shifts as a whole — rather than feedback directed at individual workers.
A total count is displayed in the tab header so administrators can gauge volume at a glance. For those needing a deeper look, a link at the bottom opens the full Feedback index pre-filtered to the company in question.

Previously, reaching this view required navigating to the global Feedback page and applying filters manually; the new tab eliminates that detour and places feedback alongside the other company records administrators already consult — orders, invoices, banned staff, and payments.
Sign-Off Tracking for Work Cancellations
A new sign-off system brings formal, auditable tracking to the process of removing staff members from shift attendance. Administrators first define their own set of sign-off types — such as “No show” or “Late cancellation” — under a new Sign-off Types section in agency settings.
When signing a staff member off from a shift, the attendance dialog now offers three paths: a plain removal with no additional record, a sign-off linked to a conditional penalty, or a sign-off categorised under one of the configured types, with an optional private note. Each recorded sign-off captures the worker, the shift, the chosen type, and any associated penalty, creating a clear paper trail.
Sign-off history is visible on the staff member’s profile in a dedicated Sign-offs tab, and a system-wide Sign-offs index page provides a filterable overview of all recorded sign-offs. Batch operations are also supported — administrators can sign off multiple workers from the shift builder in a single action.
New Ratelists: Wallet Export Column Selection
Exporting wallet detail data to CSV now opens a modal window where administrators can choose exactly which columns to include. This puts full control over the export output in the hands of the user, reducing the need for post-export cleanup.
New Ratelists: Ratelist Component Name Translations:
Ratelist components now support translated names, ensuring that multilingual teams see rate structure labels in their own language.
Improvements
Inactive Company Safeguards: The system now prevents the creation of new orders for companies marked as inactive. This eliminates a potential source of orphaned or invalid order records.
Standby Closing Graph Clarity: The standby closing graph previously displayed a warning indicator that could be misread as an error. It now shows an informational label instead, accurately communicating the status without causing unnecessary concern.
Job Form Keyboard Navigation: Tab and keyboard navigation within the job form has been improved, making it easier for administrators who rely on keyboard input to move through fields efficiently.
Grouped Positions Error Formatting: When overlapping grouped positions trigger a validation error in the Job form, the accompanying message is now formatted clearly and legibly.
Restricted Transport Ratelist Units: Unit options within transport ratelists have been refined to display only the applicable selections, preventing configuration mistakes at the source.
With these updates, we continue to sharpen the tools administrators depend on daily. As always, we welcome feedback on this release. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please reach out to our support team.
