New Features
Greater Control Over Search Engine Indexing
Agencies can now choose to disallow search engine indexing through a dynamic robots.txt configuration. This agency setting gives you direct control over how your content is exposed publicly.
Expanded National Holiday Coverage
Holiday interval support has been significantly broadened.
Newly supported intervals include:
- Denmark (DK): 12 holidays (6 fixed, 6 movable)
- Slovakia (SK): 15 holidays (13 fixed, 2 Easter-based)
- Netherlands (NL): 11 holidays (4 fixed, 6 Easter-based, 1 conditional Koningsdag with Sunday adjustment)
- Australia (AUS): 32 holidays (national and state-specific), including grouped frontend display for state holidays
In addition, the frontend now includes a country selector for National Holidays.
Individual Holiday Toggle Support
Users can now exclude specific national holidays from rate interval calculations.
Holiday exclusions are stored using stable enum identifiers rather than display names, ensuring long-term consistency and reliability in calculations.
Gender Field Configuration on Worker Signup
A new per-agency setting allows you to hide the gender field on the worker signup form.
When gender is left un-specified, gender-neutral default professions are automatically assigned.
This update provides greater flexibility in how worker data is collected and managed.
Support for ASiC-E Digital Signature Containers
Contract attachments now support .asice and .bdoc (ASiC-E) digital signature containers.
A dedicated download button has been added to the contract detail view, making access to signed documents straightforward and secure.
Improved Shift Closing Error Messaging
When shift closing fails due to race conditions, the system now provides clearer, context-specific error messages that suggest refreshing the page.
Fixes and Improvements
- The contract requirement filter on the staff list now properly excludes workers with expired or not-yet-valid contracts.
- In the Builder, the confirmation dialog when copying positions via right-click context menu no longer displays "undefined" text.
- Staff profile attribute changes are now recorded in the audit history timeline.
- The closing form now displays properly aligned columns in attendance review mode for closed shifts.
Release 3.2.105 brings expanded international holiday logic, refined agency-level settings, and improved contract handling—all designed to support accurate calculations and clearer workflows.
