We are delighted to announce the latest software update, Version 3.1.81. This release introduces several important enhancements and bug fixes to deliver an even better user experience. Here's a summary of the changes included in this update:

New Features

  • API Endpoint for Staff: Our API endpoint for staff now supports fully editable attributes, with the exception of files. The PATCH and POST methods for staff are also newly supported. This offers more flexibility and control over staff data management.

  • API Endpoint for Attendance List: The API endpoint for the attendance list now supports the 'with' parameter for shifts, positions, jobs, and orders. This feature allows for more granular control and flexibility when filtering data. In addition, the endpoint allows filtering by attributes of all the associated models, making your search and data manipulation process more efficient.

Bug Fixes

  • Polish Bank Account Numbers Parsing: We have resolved the errors that occurred when parsing Polish bank account numbers. Our users should now experience a smoother financial transaction process.

  • Transport Time Display on Job Detail: The job detail previously showed only the planned transport times for individual staff members, even if the shift was closed. The system was designed such that even if a staff member did not participate in transport, the tooltip on the icon would still display the planned transport times. We've corrected this to avoid any confusion. The display will now accurately reflect transport participation.

  • Builder Freeze Issue: An issue that was causing the builder to freeze when an admin selected a shift and staff member simultaneously and attempted to move the staff member to another position has been resolved. This fix will improve user experience and enhance the operational efficiency of staff management.

  • Loading Indication: We have introduced a 'Loading' indication when confirming/declining shifts and joining a shift from the staff portal. This will keep users informed about the progress of their actions, providing a better user experience.

We encourage you to explore these new features and fixes. We greatly value your feedback and thank you for your continued support. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team if you need any assistance with this update.
