We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest software update 3.1.8. This new release brings with it a number of innovative features and critical bug fixes that are designed to make your experience more productive and efficient. Here's a rundown of the key updates:

New Features

  • Payment Note Text Box: When creating multiple payout requests (via Finances - Payouts - Payout batch request), you can now add a short note in the newly added payment note text box to describe the payouts—for instance, the payout period. This note is visible to the workers in their wallet history and the payout detail and will be included in the "Payout was paid" email notification.

  • Batch Approval or Rejection of Applicants: It’s now possible to approve or reject multiple job applicants at once. New "Approve all" and "Reject all" buttons have been added to the "Job applicants" page, shift detail, and job builder for a more streamlined hiring process.

  • Sorting of Applicants: We've added the ability to sort applicants in the shift detail for better organization and management of prospective employees.

3.1.8a

  • Auto-Rejection of Pending Applicants: To streamline the hiring process, applicants who have neither been chosen nor rejected are now automatically rejected when a shift is closed by an administrator.

  • Comment Box Positioning: In the "History & Comments" widget, the new comment text box is now placed either at the top or bottom depending on the chosen sorting. If you select "Newest first", you won't have to scroll down to add a new comment.

  • Worker Verification Filter: The "Attributes to approve" page now allows for filtering by the verification status of the workers’ profiles, helping you sort workers more efficiently.

3.1.8b

Bug Fixes

  • Contract Link: We have fixed the broken link to the contract signed online that was present in email notifications.

  • Role Switcher Size Limit: The role switcher in the admin view now has a size limit and supports a scrollbar if a user has more roles than can be displayed within the limit.

  • Popover Visibility: Popovers of tags and other entities on the desktop now stay visible when you hover over them. This allows you to scroll down the window while keeping the popover visible, even for very large texts.

  • Payout Batch Request Page Checkbox: On the payout batch request page, the checkboxes for workers who haven't set a valid banking method were incorrectly rendered as checked. They are now correctly rendered as non-checked.

  • Job Saving Performance: The overall performance when saving a job (green node in the builder) without changing the price list has been improved. Changing the job's name previously took an unnecessarily long time for large jobs. This has been addressed to save you valuable time.

We are committed to continuously enhancing our software to provide you with the best user experience. If you need assistance with this update, our customer service team will be glad to help.
