We are delighted to share with you the details of the latest software update, version 3.1.78. This release brings about a crucial feature that enhances shift management efficiency and rectifies an important bug for a better user experience.

Attendance Confirmations

We are introducing a brand-new feature that gives admins the ability to assign a staff member to a position and require their confirmation.

The Attendance Confirmation feature allows you to add staff members to a shift, simultaneously requesting their confirmation on whether they agree to work the shift or not. This addition aids in ensuring that the staff member is fully aware and prepared to attend the assigned shift, thereby reducing instances of no-shows. Each confirmation is documented in the application, noting the exact date and time that the attendance was accepted.

Bug Fixes

  • Shift Reopening Restriction: We've identified and corrected an issue regarding the reopening of shifts in orders that have already been closed without an invoice. This action was causing significant issues and should have never been permitted.

A finalized order should remain in its conclusive state and should not be subject to alterations. To modify such an order, the order itself must first be reopened, only then can the data within it (such as shifts) be manipulated as necessary.

We hope these updates will further enhance your experience with our software. As always, we appreciate your feedback and should you need any assistance with these changes, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
