We are excited to announce our new software update, version 3.1.77, which brings both novel features and necessary bug fixes to enhance the overall user experience. Here are the key improvements introduced in this release:

Improved Invoice Settings: Invoices now come with a new document setting, "Display detailed VAT columns". This setting is turned ON by default to maintain compatibility with original invoice templates. If you want a more streamlined invoice, you can set this option to OFF to hide the "VAT %", "VAT", and "Total incl. VAT" columns.

Configurable "Needs Attention" Widget: The "Needs Attention" widget is now customizable, allowing any administrator to determine what type of issues should be highlighted. The widget's name is also configurable, so you can add the widget multiple times, selecting different kinds of information for each instance and providing distinct names.

Strengthened Password Policies: To provide better account security for you and your team, we've enforced stricter policies for new passwords. These measures include mandatory length extensions, prevention of username parts in passwords, and adherence to other widely recommended security policies.
Bug Fixes

Companies Debt Overview Corrections: The "Companies debt overview" page now correctly differentiates between Overdue/Total obligations. This fix rectifies the previous issue where the numbers were incorrectly mixed up.

Accurate Financial Balance Data: The "Financial balance by orders" data displayed on the "Financial statistics" page is now accurately sourced from orders that have at least one position within a specific time period. Previously, despite label indications, only orders that ended in the specified period were included. For further clarity, a tooltip is now available containing the full list of included orders.
