We are delighted to announce that the software update 3.1.72 is now live. This update introduces new features and improvements, along with some crucial bug fixes. Here's what you can expect from this new release:

New Features

  • Public API Updates: Our Public API now supports additional endpoints. The invoice and payments endpoints have been specifically enhanced for a better and more comprehensive user experience. Additionally, the documentation now includes illustrations for required fields to aid understanding and usage.

  • "Send" Dropdown in Order View: In the order view, we've added a "Send" dropdown menu. You can now send an email, SMS, or news to all staff members associated with an order straight from this menu, streamlining communication across the platform.

  • Improved Error Messages for File Uploads: We've improved the error messages related to file attributes upload. Instead of a generic "Error occurred" message, the system now specifically details the issue, such as “The file size is too large”, enhancing the user experience.

  • Inventory Item Category: We've added an 'Inventory Item Category' to the Inventory Item Management. This category is pre-set with the default category for the item when adding an item from the inventory. It's also displayed in the "Detailed list of invoice items" CSV export and in the public API, aiding inventory management and data export.

Bug Fixes

  • Company Attribute Error: We've fixed an error that was resetting the company attribute to the crew chief position when re-editing the company.

  • Incorrect Standby Staff Members Count: The error showing the incorrect number of standby staff members in job detail has been fixed. The totals for the job were incorrectly displayed for every individual shift, this issue has now been resolved.

  • Company Name Display: The staff portal will no longer display the company name in the heading on the dashboard and in the CMS.

We believe these updates will greatly improve your experience with our software. For any questions or assistance with the new update, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
