We are excited to announce the release of software update 3.1.71. This update includes a suite of new features and bug fixes to streamline your business processes and ensure a smoother user experience. Please find detailed information on the recent changes below:

New Features

  • Public API Update: Our Public API has been enhanced with the inclusion of a 'staff list endpoint' for fetching wallet data. This will allow for easier access and management of wallet information.

  • Unpaid Invoices Dashboard Update: The 'Unpaid invoices' widget on the Dashboard now includes a 'Pay' button, allowing users to directly mark invoices as paid, offering a more straightforward way to manage finances.

  • Extended Debtors List: The top debtors list has been expanded to include companies that do not have an outstanding invoice after the payment date, but have unpaid invoices nonetheless. This helps to provide a more comprehensive overview of all debtor entities.

  • Regions Functionality Improvement: We've made some important updates to the regions functionality. All exports with addresses (both staff and companies) now support regions. Regions have been given a separate name and code, both of which can be exported. Additionally, the list of Italian provinces has been updated to match the provinces instead of regions.

Bug Fixes

  • Inventory Categories Cleanup: We've removed unused code from the inventory categories, streamlining their operation.

  • Date of Transport Correction: The date of transport used in calculations now correctly reflects the actual date of the transport, rather than the date of the position.

  • Staff Edit Form Submission Fix: We have fixed the error that was preventing the re-submission of the Staff edit form after a validation error was encountered. You should now be able to resubmit the form after correcting any validation errors.
