We are excited to announce the release of software update 3.1.62. This update introduces key enhancements that focus on augmenting user convenience and system flexibility. Here are the notable changes we've incorporated:

New Features

  • Enhanced Attendance Lists: The attendance lists, such as those on the Staff member profile page, now provide information on reimbursement totals, displayed alongside the regular salary total. This improvement will offer a more comprehensive view of staff financials within a single glance.

  • Flexible Invoice Recipients: We've made it easier for you to send invoices to custom recipients. Administrators can now manually add email addresses and remove default ones when clicking the 'Send Invoice' button. This enhancement simplifies the process of sending invoices to individuals outside of the client company and provides a clear view of who will receive the invoice. However, if an admin needs to regularly send an invoice to the same recipient, setting up this email as the main company invoice email is recommended. Please note that this feature does not affect the recipients of unpaid invoice reminders—if activated in the settings and an invoice is not paid on time.
