We are excited to announce our software update 3.1.58, which brings with it new features and improvements, making your user experience more efficient and convenient. Let's explore the details:

New Features

  • Staff Member Statistics: We've added a new 'Statistics' tab to the Staff member profile page. It visually displays wallet income, payouts, as well as the number of shifts and hours worked per month. Additionally, a table representing the top 25 companies that the staff member has frequently worked for is included. This feature is in its early stage, and feedback from your admin team is highly welcome to improve its implementation or visualization.

  • Enhanced Invoice Attachments: We've updated the invoice attachments functionality. From this release forward, if a company has the 'Send invoice PDF as email attachment' option turned ON, the email will also contain the Billing breakdown and Attendance overview PDFs, given you have these specific document sending options enabled. This means the client will receive all documents available on the Invoice download 'splash page' directly in the attachments. Furthermore, a new configuration called 'Merge attachments into one PDF file' is now available under the 'Invoice' section in 'Agency settings'. This allows all documents to be combined into a single PDF file, providing a more compact and streamlined delivery to the client.

These enhancements aim to increase the software's versatility and efficiency, in line with our commitment to continually improve the user experience. We appreciate your ongoing support and invite any questions or feedback concerning these updates.
