We are excited to present to you the new update for our software, version 3.1.51. The update features important new additions, improvements, and bug fixes aimed at enhancing your software experience. Here's a detailed breakdown:

New Features

  • Attendance Issues Module: We have introduced the attendance issues module that collects data about attendance falling short of current requirements within their positions due to a company ban or profile requirements. These requirements could be either global (like unverified profiles) or position-related (like failing to meet rating requirements).

3.1.51

  • Direct Calling in Staff Portal: To streamline communication, we've made the phone numbers of clients and crew chiefs clickable in the staff portal. Staff members can now initiate a call directly without the need to manually copy the number.

  • Removal of Super-Gross Wage Data: In an effort to reduce confusion, we've removed the super-gross wage information from the staff portal. As this data is not applicable to the crew, its display was causing unnecessary confusion.

Bug Fixes

  • Back Button Issue in Mobile Version: We've fixed the issue in the mobile version of the staff portal that occasionally required users to press the back button twice.

  • Incorrect "Arrival" Label: The erroneous label that displayed "Arrival" even when setting departure times has been corrected.

  • Message Display Error during Shift Closure: The issue of both error and success messages appearing simultaneously in the staff portal during shift closure has been resolved. This was occurring when at least one staff member's status was toggled back and forth between 'Present' and 'Late/Absent' without a note being written.

  • Contact Address Validation Messages: The issue with the validation messages for the contact address when this address is marked as a mandatory field and the user checks the "Same as residence address" checkbox has been fixed.

We're confident that these updates will significantly improve your software usage. We thank you for your continued support and invite you to reach out to our customer service team should you need any help regarding this update.
