We're excited to announce the launch of version 3.1.50 of our software. This release comes with several new features and bug fixes aimed at improving administrative tasks and data exports. Here are the details of what's new and what's been fixed:

New Features

  • Batch Edit for Badge Levels: Administrators can now edit badge levels for multiple staff at once. On the staff list toolbar beneath the table, you'll find a new "Edit badge" option in the "Edit" dropdown. You can use this feature to set a new point level of a badge for all selected staff members at once.

  • Exclusion of Cancelled Positions in Exports: Staff members within cancelled positions are now excluded from appearing in both CSV and PDF exports on the Job detail page (at both the shift and job level). This adjustment streamlines accreditation-related exports by omitting irrelevant data.

  • Tip for Attendance Exports: Remember, you can use the Attendance overview page to export attendance from a specific job or shift. It also has a full-featured filter. So if you need to export only the staff members from cancelled positions, you can easily do that.

  • Separated Visibility Statuses: We have separated the "locked" and "hidden" statuses for better clarity and functionality. Previously, there was one dropdown named "Visibility" with options "Default/Hidden/Locked". Now, these options are separate checkboxes for "Locked" and "Hidden", allowing for shifts that are both hidden and locked. The functions remain unchanged in their behavior.

  • Enhanced Staff Exports: We have introduced new options for exporting countries in staff exports. Instead of exporting as a code, you can now export them as a human-readable country name. This is especially beneficial for documents that need to be human-readable, while the code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 standard) may be needed for importing into certain systems.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed User Attribute Storage: We have fixed a rare error related to storing multiple values of specific user attributes.
