Update 3.1.5: Refined Reimbursement Approvals & Cancellation Process

We are delighted to introduce the release of software version 3.1.5. This update brings a range of new features designed to enhance your user experience, along with bug fixes that make our system more reliable. Here's a comprehensive rundown of the changes you'll find in this version:

New Features

  • Client Invoicing for Reimbursements: You can now invoice reimbursements to your client upon approval. With the 'Charge reimbursement to the customer' feature turned on, the invoice item is automatically generated within the order.

  • Enhanced Attribute Approval: The feature to approve attributes now allows sorting by worker name. The sorting functionality has also been fixed and improved on several pages, such as the companies ban lists. It now consistently sorts by surname first and given name second.

  • Improved Search: Full-text searches of shifts and positions in the Upcoming shifts, Running shifts, and other shift and position tables can now be conducted using the position name.

  • New Tag Visibility: We've introduced a new tag visibility feature. You can now create tags that are only visible to workers after they've signed up for a specific position.

  • Composite Cards: Composite cards now have the capability to display a worker's nationality.

  • Updated Cancellation Process: The process for cancelling positions has been changed. Rather than using the 'Cancelled' checkbox in position edit within the builder, there is now a 'Cancel' button. This allows you to cancel a single slot or shift, job, or order.

  • Position Restoration and Notifications: You can restore any cancelled positions by clicking the 'Restore cancelled' button that replaces the 'Cancel' button upon cancellation. Cancelling a position triggers an email notification to the workers and any subscribed admins, allowing for automatic notification if another admin cancels a shift. To begin receiving these notifications, visit the 'Notification settings' in your profile.

Bug Fixes

  • Invoice Rounding: Cash invoices will no longer always be rounded. The decision to round invoices is now solely determined by checking or unchecking the 'Round up' checkbox.

  • Cancelled Position Display Fix: The issue of cancelled positions appearing as overlapping in the new worker UI has been addressed and fixed.
