We are thrilled to announce the release of our software update 3.1.49. This update introduces significant improvements to the functionality of our platform, addressing critical bug fixes while introducing new features to enhance your experience.

New Features

  • Change in Staff Portal: We've replaced the "Rate the new look" button on the staff portal with a more universally understood "Found a bug?" button in the application menu. The new application has been serving you for a year, and it's time to focus on its ongoing usability and efficiency.

  • New Edit Profile Option on Staff List Page: Administrators can now use the "Edit profile" option to adjust the maximum rating and rating coefficient for multiple staff members simultaneously. We're planning to add badge editing, too, and invite your feedback on other attributes that would benefit from bulk editing.

  • New Option in the 'Copy Order' Dialog: We've added a feature to rename all jobs at once when copying an order. This functionality is designed to save administrators valuable time when creating multiple similar jobs.

  • New Agency Setting for Automatic Cancellation of Finished Empty Shifts: In response to user feedback, the automatic cancellation of finished empty shifts is now optional. If you prefer to have all passed, empty shifts cancelled automatically, you can enable this setting.

  • Availability of Attended Shifts in Staff Portal: To enhance user experience and eliminate confusion, shifts that the user is attending will always be listed in the available shifts in the staff portal. Previously, attended shifts were only listed if they complied with filter settings. This update provides a clearer overview of both signed-in and available shifts.

Bug Fixes

  • Company Member Role Description: We've resolved issues that users were experiencing when saving a company member's role description.

  • Closing Shift with Absent Workers: Errors that occurred when closing a shift with absent workers using the "Copy first" function have been corrected.

  • Saving Expiration Date of Profile Attributes: We've addressed errors associated with saving the expiration date of specific profile attributes.

  • Overlapping Shifts: Issues related to overlapping shifts not displaying correctly in the "Available shifts" list in the staff portal have been corrected.

  • "Available Shifts" Filter Memory: The problem of the app not remembering the setting of the "Available shifts" filter in the mobile dashboard in the staff portal has been fixed.
