We are pleased to inform you of the release of software update 3.1.44, featuring new functionalities and essential bug fixes designed to enhance your user experience. Here are the highlights of this update:

New Features

  • Currency Warning: The field "Preferred currency" in the agency invoice address now triggers a warning if invoicing occurs in a different currency. This new feature is designed to help prevent invoicing errors.

  • Customizable Price Quote Document Settings: The settings for price quote documents have been expanded. You now have the option to personalize the headers and total lines of each section. Additionally, the full address will be displayed in the header for enhanced clarity.

  • Overlapping Warnings: Overlapping warnings will now be displayed for both shifts and appointments in the new worker portal, ensuring you are notified of any scheduling conflicts.

Bug Fixes

  • Sorted Badge Categories: In the staff portal, badge categories on profiles are now sorted according to the sort parameter of the badge category, enhancing organization and user experience.

  • Automated Empty Shift Cancellations: Empty shifts will now be automatically cancelled, preventing them from transitioning to the "Finished" state. This ensures empty shifts won't appear in the "To close" lists, streamlining operations.

  • Improved 'Bank Transactions' Page Performance: We have addressed performance issues on the "Bank transactions" page, offering you a smoother, more efficient browsing experience.

  • Paginator Errors Resolved: We've fixed occasional errors with the paginator in the new staff portal, ensuring consistent and reliable navigation.

  • Date Display in CSV Exports: Dates in CSV exports (e.g., staff birthdates) will now be displayed without time information, providing clear and precise data.

  • Update on Signed-in Staff Count: The count of signed-in staff members within a position is updated immediately when adding staff directly from the job detail page, ensuring accurate and real-time information.
