We are delighted to announce the release of version 3.1.42 of our software. This version introduces significant enhancements aimed at improving your user experience and increasing the software's efficiency. We've included detailed information about the updates below.

New Features

  • Consistent Document Naming: The names "Timesheet" and "Attendance overview" are now consistently used throughout the application. In the past, these documents had different names in different sections (sometimes used interchangeably), leading to confusion. This update standardizes the naming across the software. Furthermore, the job detail now contains a "Generate document" submenu that mirrors the one in the Order detail for consistency. The "Generate document" button allows for generating PDF documents, such as calculations or timesheets, and exports containing CSV data.

  • Client Timesheet Document: We've introduced the client timesheet document to the software to enhance the record-keeping process.

  • Staff Portal 'Currently Happening' Cards Redesign: The "Currently happening" cards on the staff portal have been redesigned. These cards remind staff about shifts that have recently ended, are currently happening, or are about to begin. They also provide an easy path to the "Record attendance" page for crew chiefs. Additionally, we've fixed bugs in the algorithm that determines what cards to show. The cards now accurately display all shifts in progress, those that ended within the last three hours, and those about to start within the next three hours.

3.1.42a

  • Detailed Wage Split in Shift History: The shift history detail in the staff portal now offers a detailed split of the wage, distinguishing between bonuses and basic wages. This feature provides staff with a clear view of their earnings directly from the shift view.

  • Improved Builder Tree Rendering: We've enhanced the performance of the builder tree rendering, especially benefiting the management of very large orders.

Bug Fixes

  • Adjustments to Button Styles in Staff Portal: We've adjusted the styles of some buttons in the staff portal to resemble familiar button shapes, enhancing user interaction.

  • Fix for Information Disappearance in Staff Portal: We've addressed the issue of information disappearing when a crew chief provides details about different shift starts requested by the client, after reopening the shift closure form in the staff portal.

  • Resolution of Graphical Bug in Staff Portal: We've fixed the bug that prevented clicking on the magnifying search while a toaster notification was displayed in the left bottom corner of the staff portal.

  • Text Alignment Issues in 'Unit' Column: We've resolved minor issues with text alignment in the "Unit" column in the calculations.

  • Memory Leak Issues with Large Calculations: We've fixed the memory leak issues related to generating large calculations, which were introduced with the use of placeholders in these documents.

  • Errors in Upcoming Shift Costs Calculation: We've corrected errors in the calculation of costs for upcoming shifts when the wage percentage effect was used while the position also had more staff members than its size.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to improving our software's functionality and ensuring a seamless user experience. We appreciate your support and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team should you need any assistance with this update.
