We are excited to bring you another round of updates with the release of version 3.1.41. These upgrades were made to refine your user experience and offer greater convenience in your workflows. Let's walk you through the key enhancements and fixes in this version:

New Features

  • Enhanced Communication for Banned Staff Members: If a banned staff member attempts to sign in, a new page will now display the reason for the ban (as provided by admins) and the remaining wallet balance, if any. An additional snippet is also available. The goal of these additions is to reduce the number of email and phone queries from banned staff members.

  • Default Value for Private Job Notes: You can now set a default value for private job notes per company. This feature will help standardize communication and improve consistency across job notes within a company.

  • Easier Editing of Private Job Notes: Private job notes on the job detail page can now be edited directly from the page, eliminating the need to access the job builder. This aims to streamline your workflow and save time.

  • Simplified Staff Shift Detail Page: To enhance the user interface, the cards "You are signed for shift" and "You are a crew chief in this shift" have been combined into one. This will declutter the staff shift detail page and make it easier to navigate.

Bug Fixes

  • Transport Departure Times Update: In the new job form, transport departure times now change in accordance with shift beginning and end times. This fix ensures that the scheduling of transportation aligns correctly with the designated shifts.

  • User Search Enhancement: The search function for adding users to the company now includes users in all states. This expansion increases the scope of user search, thereby making user addition more inclusive and comprehensive.

  • Profile Attribute Option Addition: We've rectified the issues that arose when adding a new option to a profile attribute. This fix will ensure smoother profile updates and a better user experience.

  • Performance Improvements in Shift Closing Dialog: We've addressed some of the performance issues in the shift closing dialog for shifts with a large number of staff members. These improvements should make the closing process more efficient.

We hope these updates improve your experience and efficiency. As always, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team should you need any further information or assistance with this update.
