We're excited to bring to you our latest software update 3.1.4. With new features to help you better manage your operations and several bug fixes to improve the user experience, we hope you'll find this update beneficial. Let's dive into the details:
New Features

New Invoice Settings: We have added two new settings that allow you to send the timesheet along with the invoice. A separate setting has also been added to determine the type of billing and timesheet that is sent with the invoice. These settings can be enabled via the agency settings, and can also be disabled on a per-company basis. This allows you to customize the sending of timesheets or billings with invoices for specific clients.

"Cancelled Positions" Page: To help you better manage your workforce, we've introduced a new page titled "Cancelled positions". This page gives you an overview of all cancelled positions, making it easier to offer workers other job opportunities when their shifts are cancelled.

New Availability Filter in Worker List: The worker list now has a new option in the availability filter - "Unassigned with availability filled". This filter lists all the workers who are not assigned to shifts yet but have indicated their availability for a specific date in their calendar.

Enhanced Profession Filters: We have improved the filters for professions. Administrators can now select multiple professions when filtering in shift lists, attendance lists, or worker lists.
Bug Fixes

Travel Positions in Calculation: We've fixed an issue where travel positions on a calculation were separating positions that were already filled with actual workers and those that were merely planned. With this fix, you will no longer experience this separation.

New Worker UI Fixes: Several improvements have been made to the new worker UI. These include enhancements to filling profile attributes, visibility of applicants in the calendar, and more.
