We're excited to share with you the details of our latest software update, version 3.1.38. This release brings new features and bug fixes that improve the overall software functionality, usability, and robustness. Here's an overview of the changes:

New Features

  • Avatar Enlargement: Crew chiefs, and optionally other staff members, can now open larger sizes of other staff members' avatars. This feature will aid in the identification of each staff member during clock-in procedures or while giving feedback.

  • Local Bank Format for Agency Invoice: The agency invoice address banking information will now use the local bank format, similar to the one used in the staff member profile. Initially, the UK bank format will be supported, which separates data like sort code and the account number itself. This facilitates splitting the bank account information into separate fields and printing them on separate lines in the invoice.

  • Financial Statistics Page Update: On the financial statistics page, you can now list invoices within a month by the invoice issue date, in addition to listing invoices by their date of taxable supply.

  • Attendance Export Update: The attendance export now offers the option to export staff system information (such as rating) and their contact information.

  • Unique Phone Numbers Not Required for Clients: We've removed the restriction of unique phone numbers for clients. This gives more flexibility in client registration and management.

Bug Fixes

  • Order Number Issue in "Attendance Timesheet" Document: We've fixed an issue where an invalid order number was printed in the name of the "Attendance timesheet" document for an entire order.

  • "Record Attendance" Button Issue: We've resolved an issue where the "Record attendance" button disappeared from the staff dashboard immediately after the shift ended.
