We are excited to announce the release of software update 3.1.32. This update is packed with a multitude of new features designed to provide you with enhanced functionality and more control over your user experience. We have also fixed several bugs to ensure smoother operations. Below are the key details:

New Features

  • Preferred Addresses Widget Customization: The preferred addresses widget can now be hidden or marked as mandatory, allowing for improved user interface customization.

3.1.32a

  • Enhanced Messaging Options: When sending an email or an SMS to all staff members within a job or a shift, you now have the option to send the message only to staff within non-cancelled positions. This option is available when both cancelled and non-cancelled positions exist within a given job or shift.

3.1.32b

  • Infinite Scrolling in Attendance List: The attendance list in the worker profile now features infinite scrolling, making it easier to view past records. Simply scroll down to load more records, minimizing the need for clicking and opening attendance lists on separate pages. This feature is especially beneficial for profiles with a high volume of future attendance.

  • Customizable Invoice Receipts: Invoice receipts (tax documents created post-payment for a pro forma invoice) now feature separate customizable number lines. The line will be set up where it was prior to the update, ensuring no disruptions. However, you can now change the format in the agency settings if desired.

  • Direct Feedback Contact Links: The feedback detail and the feedback list now contain direct links for sending an email or an SMS to the feedback author, simplifying communication processes.

  • Payout Method Visibility: Inactive payout methods are now sorted last and marked with a strikethrough in the admin view. In staff view, these payout methods will not be displayed unless they have a leftover balance.

  • New Export Option: There is now a new export option for job and order called "Attendance Overview (PDF)" which exports the comprehensive shift "Attendance Overview/timesheet" for every shift within a job or order.

Bug Fixes

  • Staff Portal Performance Optimizations: Performance enhancements have been made to the new staff portal, particularly concerning available shift lists.

  • Shift Closing Dialog UI Fixes: The shift closing dialog in the new staff portal received UI fixes. The most notable change is the new "Bulk Edit" button, a more intuitive option compared to the previous position title chip button.

  • Worker Dashboard Fix: The issue with the pending applicant for a cancelled position getting stuck on a worker dashboard has been resolved.

  • Pagination in Worker Portal: Issues with the pagination of notifications in the worker portal have been rectified.

  • Email Recipients Update: The "Workers" button has been removed from the recipients of emails due to an issue that included banned workers. Now, a worker list filter must be used instead.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to enhancing our software's functionality and usability. If you have any questions or need assistance with this update, please contact our customer service team.
